The “TSEP” is a one of a kind training program designed to prepare learners for entry level and middle management level HSE positions specifically in the oil and gas/energy industry. The “TSEP” focusses on high risk maintenance/shutdown/TA operations and prepares learners to face high end interviews, and succeed in them with detailed TA operations safety knowledge and skills, with ease. The program is extremely beneficial for learners who have completed national or international safety trainings and are facing difficulty in obtaining a job. Those opting for the program will have a competitive edge over other candidates who do not possess such knowledge and skills.

The highlight of the program is the syllabus content itself which details top notch safety management processes in a dynamic TA environment where safety, quality and timely completions is of utmost importance. This syllabus content is not what you see in the normal/general national or international safety courses.

Duration       :  1 Month(5 days/ week and 3 hrs per day)

Eligibility      : Participants should have basic knowledge of occupational health and safety management systems.

Mode             : Classroom Training / Online Training

Assessment : 1 MCQ of 100 marks. 80% marks to achieve a pass. No additional fee for re appearing the exam in case of an unsuccessful result.

Additional interview preparatory sessions and professional grooming, communication, other soft skills and business etiquette sessions are complimentary with the program

Scope, Definition, Risk Management, Determining Shutdown or Turnaround Requirements for Refineries, Plants & Equipment, OEM intervals, RBI & Integrity Findings, FFS Assessment, Legal and Regulatory Compliance, Performance degradation, Safety & HSE Triggers, Process Issues/ End of Run, Major Projects/Modifications, Corporate TA Strategy, Understanding vessels/equipment and process flows, Mobilization

MODULE 2 THE PERMIT TO WORK SYSTEM

The need for a PTW system during turnaround operations, effective implementation and functioning of the PTW system, different types of PTWs used and their context, Safe systems of work, SIMOPs, Gas Testing/Atmospheric monitoring

MODULE 3 HIGH RISK ACTIVITIES & SAFETY MANAGEMENT DURING SHUTDOWN

Confined spaces in a turnaround environment, Working at height activities, Lock out tag out process, Blasting and painting work, Duties of safety personnel and others involved in the turnaround operations, Health and Safety Inspections and audits, Turnaround/Shutdown Operations Steps with HSE Controls, PSSR, Demobilization, Final documentation
